Adam Eyre started with the Stratstone Official Ferrari Centre in 1987 and progressed to the position of Lead Technician from 1994-2004. Over the years Adam has attended many training courses, mostly at Ferrari UK, but has also been selected to attend 3 technical training courses at Ferrari Spa and a driving course at Mugello, organised by Ferrari. The courses included 348, 355, 360, 550, Enzo and various advanced diagnostic programmes encompassing all aspects of SD1 and SD2. AE Performance has this advanced diagnostic equipment in-house. With block exemption now in force independent specialists like AE can provide a high quality 'main dealer' standard of service on modern cars without invalidating warranties, at lower cost and with increased personal attention. Genuine parts must be used and Ferrari coupons have to be followed and exceeded. We guarantee all of this at AE Performance. Although the diagnostic SD1 and SD2 equipment is available to all specialists now, we own both and are highly trained with deep user knowledge of these powerful systems. Not all specialists are alike in this respect and may not be able to utilise them fully. We can offer menu servicing, bespoke servicing, body and trim work and the flexibility to travel outside the country to areas where diagnostic evaluation is not available - a mobile diagnostic service. So, for example, a 360 owner from the Isle of Man with a 'check engine light' appearing can be assisted. This is important for owners living where there are many Ferraris but no designated dealer.
